Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your PeachyBbies pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns or exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original packaging with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original bags and include the printed packing slip to ensure our team can identify your order.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
